2025-2026 Academic Year Meal Scholarship Application and Evaluation Schedule Application and Dissemination Announcements regarding the meal scholarship will be posted in academic units where students can easily see them. Students must submit their meal scholarship applications between November 20 – November 28, 2025, via the address “portal.omu.edu.tr” (Username: studentnumber@omu.edu.tr / Password: Your student information system password). Applications from students who fill out the Meal Scholarship application forms with incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid. Disciplinary action may be taken against these students if necessary.
Evaluation and Listing Applications will be evaluated by the Meal Scholarship Determination Commission, which must consist of at least three people from the relevant academic units. Academic units will list the students who applied for the meal scholarship according to a priority ranking determined by the Meal Scholarship Determination Commission's decision and will enter the list into the system by the end of the workday on December 03, 2025. The lists created by the relevant units must be submitted to SKSDB (Department of Health, Culture, and Sports) by the end of the workday on December 05, 2025. The list of students who are eligible to receive the meal scholarship will be announced on the website of the Department of Health, Culture, and Sports (SKSDB) by the end of the second week of December 2025.
General Rules and Payment Meal scholarship procedures will be carried out in accordance with the “OMÜ Student Meal Scholarship Directive” (OMÜ Öğrenci Yemek Bursu Yönergesi). Students who qualify for the Meal Scholarship must either be using the Akbank SoliClub application or must have applied to the SKSDB for a "Pass Card".
Important Note NOTE: The period for using student IDs to access meals will end on November 28, 2025.
